I just gave these a peek. I am pre op and I have to say I am glad I saw them. I tend to be a very bad patient (ie. I always try to do too much too soon because I am a wonder woman wannabe). Seeing this helped me realize that I really will need to rest and do what the doctors say......even if I don't like it
