My girlfriend is considering surgery for an underbite. The surgeon has mentioned moving the upper jaw. Does anyone who has had this surgery have pics that they may want to share. We would like to see how the rest of the face may change. I have read about dramatic changes in the nose.

Yes, there were changes to my nose. Mine went up a bit because my upper jaw was moved forward and tilted. If it's just lower jaw, then it might not have any effects. Best to talk to the OS first.
