Finally some news to share!

I saw my ortho this morning. She wants to take some models in six weeks, and I have an appointment to see my surgeon in eight!

I was really surprised, I didn't think I'd made so much progress, so it's great that things are finally moving along.
My ortho changed my wire, and said that this is wire I need to be in, presumably for surgery. It's a 17/25 stainless steel, if that means anything to you guys.
I can't believe it's been a year already, it's flown past. Sometimes I wish I'd done this years ago, but I don't think I'd have appreciated it as much, it's been fantastic.
I've got a new laptop, so as soon as I figure out how to turn it on I'll try and post some photos x

Very cool, Clover! I was so excited to get my surgical wires, too! I got the wires and hooks several weeks before surgery. You must be close

Congratulations on getting some good news

sounds like were about in the same place, ive got my appointment with the surgon on the 13th September and ive already had the impressions taken a few weeks ago (tho app ortho wants to do another set on the next visit.

No surgical wires for me yet, im getting them fitted in november as far as i know.
