Good Jaw Surgery Doctor

#1 Post by slickseal »

Hello-
I need to get ororthognathic jaw surgery and am having difficulty finding a doctor I feel comfortable with. Can anyone recommend a good ororthognathic surgeon? I live in San Francisco. I will travel far if I have to for a good doctor, but if anyone can recommend a good doctor around here, that would be great. Thanks.

I can't help with this one, unless you want to come to Canada. It's not necessary to put your email address here, and you risk getting spam and other unwanted attention. Just ask people to send you a private message via archwired.

Hi Sam,

I can't recommend a doctor since I have not had the surgery yet. But I have had my consultations and do plan to have the surgery at UCSF later this year or early next year, which is where my ortho recommends.

I can't say enough about my surgeon. A long distance away from you however (Orange County, CA).
