thanks for all the well wishes, im back at home now, but the last few days have been very very rough. And ive only been home for an hour or too.

Welcome back. I know it's cliche, but just remember that as rough as the last few days were, it gets better from here on out! You're already on the downhill slope!:)

Sorry to hear you had a rough time, but its all downhill from now on, it will get easier (never thought Id say that...
)
Im now almost 2 weeks post op and I feel much better,
YOu can do it, keep your strength up, drink plenty and you will be ok (hug)
