Surgery on March 4th

#1 Post by Clover »

Eek, I can't believe I just typed that! It's my turn on March 4th guys, BSSO to correct a 3mm overbite and 9mm overjet. I'm too busy flapping over work stuff to get anxious about it, I'm more excited than anything else. Anyway, I just wanted to say to anyone still waiting on a date, who thinks that they'll be in braces forever, before you know it you too will be scouting the shops for sippee cups and blistex. Ah, the joys! I'm going to be mad busy over the next couple of weeks, but I'll drop back in and let you all know how it went :D

Hi clover, your be on the other side before you know it :D

If your getting sippee cups you may need to take the spill proof valves out of them, unless your allowed to suck on things immediately (i wasnt but dont know if thats normal) also the best thing i found for my lips was to cover them in vasoline, as they get SO dry.

Good luck :D

Good luck. I'd start looking for all the things you'll need for the recovery stage. Two weeks will go by like two minutes.

I wore braces (this time) for 1294 days or 3 years, 6 months and 17 days.
But who's counting?
