seo for this forum to help Google 'like' it

hi folks, member here for a while, don't post much tho more of a reader to be honest but I would of course like to see more activity on the orthognatic surgery board to make it an even better resource.

I know a little about making sites appear near the top in google for their topics. Look at the top 10 results on Google.com for the term 'orthognathic surgery' - theres some good resources their but nothing on the level of the value of this site, so I wonder if any of the blog owners would mind linking to this forum:

viewforum.php?f=15

using the words 'orthognathic surgery' as the linking text.

for instance, one of the members here - http://wiredlady.blogspot.com/ links to www.archwired.com with the words 'archwired' so that means the main archwired.com site is more likely to appear near the top when someone searches on that word. So if ppl could link to this forum specifically with 'orthognatic surgery' it would make this oral surgery forum appear higher. Meaning more visitors, more questions & hopefully more answers too....

If around ten people did it I think in a couple of weeks or months this forum could appear really high in the results when someone searches for that term.

hoping you guys don't think its a crazy idea... let me know if any questions. It's just that this forum has helped me sooo much and would like other ppl to easily find it.
