Right side plate to be removed on 11/24/2009

So here I am, Its been a couple years since i posted. I had my BSSO in 2006, 6 months later my OS removed the left side plate because around the plate was infected and not healing properly. November 1st marked my 3 year anniversary date for my braces. This whole time me and my orthodontist have been working to get me the perfect bite. The past couple of months I have noticed that my jaw seems a little more tender and it feels like i have a knot or something on the bone. So long story short i went back to my OS on Monday and he scheduled me to have the right side plate removed Tuesday. I also forget to mention the last time they removed the plate it was the day before Thanksgiving 2 years ago..... nom nom nom pureed turkey

good luck vgmessenger! I too will be enjoying pureed turkey this Thanksgiving! I hope your plate removal goes well, and you heal quickly!
