Total cost for Costa Rica surgery

Hello, I hope everybody had a wonderful Holiday!! I have some questions for those of you who got their surgeries done in Costa Rica. I used the search feature and went through a ton of posts but could not find a couple specific question answered. How much did Costa Rica patients pay total for surgery and hospital and what did you have done? How long did you end up staying in Costa Rica? What do you do for follow up care? What doctor did you use? My insurance (tri-care) is acting like they might not pay for my surgery so I am working on a back up plan!! Thank you!

If only it were that easy for anyone to buy the perfect insurance right before surgery...it would be a perfect world
