Upper and lower recovery time vs just lower

Can anyone give me an idea at what recovery time either just lower jaw surgery vs upper and lower?

How much time will I need at work? I have an office job.

I had lower jaw surgery on a thursday and then needed the whole next week to recover. I don't work, but my husband stayed home to look after our 2 young children. When he went back to work, I resumed my normal duties.

Being banded shut was hard to talk/yell at the kids, and I was a bit lethargic, but overall managed quite well.
