This could have been a great thread, but most people who go through such a radical aesthetic surgery are too shy to let people see their face (even partly covered).

I will post my pics after I get my surgery! Unfortunately that won't be for awhile.

Long way to go before the annoying wires are removed....

I know it looks horrible and ugly and horrible and gross and bla bla bla. Strange thing is though that I was never considered an ugly girl. I was really good at hiding it.

7 weeks after (cheeks still a bit swollen, more in left side). My nostrils are huge and the tip is bigger.

May I know what was corrected with your jaws? Was it an underbite?

I was also never considered an ugly guy before my surgery but I felt like I was not living the life I was meant to live with my misaligned jaws. I am happy I got mine fixed.
