Cotton candy

Made me happy! :D I'll definitely rinse well to get rid of all the sugar, but it melts in your mouth, so no pieces getting stuck anywhere, and it's a fun way to get a few calories.

That's a new one. Don't think I've seen this on anyone's soft foods list. I tend to like fruit smoothies a lot, so I'm going to try to avoid adding even more sugar to the mix, but this seems like it could make for a nice and easy to eat treat, especially since my surgery is now scheduled close to the 4th of July and I will likely be surrounded by snack and carnival foods. Thanks. :D

Hah- I love this suggestion and wish I had thought of it when needing a sugar fix early in my recovery!

A friend of mine who had upper jaw surgery recently found that gummy bears can melt quite well, too. They're not my favorite candy, but thought I'd share in case anyone else likes them. :)

I want cotton candy!! I cant even open my mouth though, wired shut. Tight. ughhh But it will soon be on the list when I can lol.
