Looks like I can make the appointment with the surgeon after 21 months of braces for the Max. Impaction/advancement, Man. advancement and genioplasty.

But in the report to the surgeon from the ortho it says 'possible root resorption of the upper right lateral incisor'. Does this mean I may loose the tooth, if so, what can I do if it does?

I think my surgeon said there was a 1/1,000 chance of this happening--in my case--perhaps your situation is different.
