Bleeding Worry

I'm post 11 days after genioplasty surgery and everything so far has been going brilliantly. Hardly any noticeable swelling, just stiff mixed with a little bit of numbness.
But just this morning i sneezed for the first time since my surgery and started to bleed on one side of my mouth where the incision was made (it stopped after a couple of minutes). In the last couple days ive spat out some of the disolved stitching and began getting alot of feeling back, so im worried i might have backtracked in opening up the incision (if thats what has happened).
Has anyone else had this problem? Or is a little blood a normal thing during all this?
