any orthodontist who does TADs/microimplant in Bay Area?

Well I posted this in the other forum but I didn't get any reply :/ I figured I should put it up here because people who have their midlines off often are recommended to have surgery (although some really don't need them, they just need a good orthodontist )
I haven't really talked to my orthodontist about this but I want to do the TADs/micro-implant mini-screw thing to correct my midline.
Like the distance between my right molars and the middle of the roof of my my mouth is greater than the left, and my front teeth are protruding and shifted to the left
I just had lower jaw surgery because I had an under-bite and an asymmetry -my lower right jaw is longer than the left (hence why my teeth are shifted to the left). They cut 3 mm on the left, and 5 mm on the right.
But prior to my surgery, my teeth were still not as straight. Straightening them was just hard because of my jaw (-or my orthodontist isn't that great )
I brought up this issue to my surgeon and she said it shouldn't affect my bone recovery and the last steps to perfecting my bite/teeth is through my orthodontist.
I'm not that of a fan of my new bite because it's still off because of how off my midline still is it looks like I still have a crossbite and my lower jaw isn't positioning straight accordingly to my profile but it's positioning accordingly to my left-shifted upper teeth
So this is the problem. 3 weeks after surgery, I had an app with my orthodontist. I brought up the problem to him and he said 'what's off?'
And then I had to re-explain it to him (well actually I forgot to tell him about my molars, I just told him that my teeth were shifted to the left and making my bite shift to the left).
AND THEN HE TOLD ME THIS IS MY 'REAL' BITE and then he's gonna deal with the rest of my un-straightened
He also told me that an asymmetry is an asymmetry. That if there's an asymmetry, it will try to balance it off by doing whatever to lessen the asymmetry. Therefore my asymmetry is normal.
And if I really want to perfect my face, I should get cosmetic surgery.
It wouldn't be NOT normal if my teeth were straight and so is my midline!
*sigh*
I did some research, and then I came across to some thing called TADs/mini-screws. My orthodontist already tried in the past to move my molars with elastics and some wire that connects left&right molars -they did not make that much of an impact.
Now I don't care how much this TADs/micro-implant screw hurt. I don't care if they're not FDA approved yet.
I want my teeth straightened.
Can anyone recommend an orthodontist who does TADs/micro-impant mini-screw thing around the Bay Area, CA?
Maybe someone who can give a good price deal?
At the same time very well experienced/good at bites&asymmetry?
Has anyone here experienced the same case? Midline's off that's shifted bites? Orthodontist recommended more surgery? Changed orthodontist who's better than previous?
My current orthodontist is Dr. Marcus, and he's from Millbrae
I'm really absolutely positive that my upper teeth can be straightened
