how do you get rid of a muscle spasm? :?

Some spasms are related to a potassium imbalance, too much or, more likely, too little. Try adding a banana, or a few, to your diet to see if that helps relieve the spasms.

warm moist compresses. Also once you are ready and your surgeon says it is OK, gentle massage and facial muscles exercises can be very helpful.

I have micro muscle spasms but I am not even braced yet. Any advice? Does sauna help?
