Has anyone tried facial exercises and do they work?

#1 Post by Sams »

I've been looking into this to combat slight sagging caused by jaw reduction (and possibly the swelling too). I've read about Eva Fraser's exercises and how good they are - anyone out there have experience with this? Does it work? Can anyone recommend any good exercises? Thanks, Sams :)

Hi Class3underbiteboy, it is nothing major and could also be partly due to swelling. I noticed slightly more 'jowlage' because my face has shortened a bit and was curious to hear what others have experienced/done about this. It's not like my face is 'melting' lol! :D

I know what you mean! Personally I was considering cheek implants anyway - at the mment I have a line running from my inner eye/nose downwards/outwards on each side. Hopefully that will take up the slack at the same time! Good luck with seeking exercises :)
