BSSRO, Lefort 1, surgical splints and Lt TMJ joint replac

I am scheduled for surgery dec 21 for BSSRO, Lefort 1, Lt TMJ total joint replacement and surgical splints at the University of Minnesota with Dr James Swift.

I am trying to get as much information as I can before surgery so I am prepared.

Any help would be appreciated!
