Thank you so much for posting this! In just two weeks I will be starting the whole process of braces and surgery as well. My case looks similar to yours (lip incompentence, overjet/bite and narrow smile). I will be having a lefort 1+BSSO. I will be needing SARPE and MSDO before all that though, so will be starting with that.

Your results look great, you must be so happy! I hope my results will turn out as good as yours
