I need surgery to correct and anterior open bite and over bite. I've been looking into self pay insurances. I was approved for Anthem blue cross smartsense plan. But i was wanting to try and go to Dr. Gunson and I know United pays out the most. United Healthcare's self pay insurance is called Golden Rule Insurance.... does anyone know if it will pay out the same at United Healthcare plans. Does anyone on here have Golden Rule insurance or a successful self pay insurance plan with getting surgery?
