Did you have your plates / screws removed after surgery?

I have not had them removed because of the "possibility" of a redo. When did you have your plates / screws removed?

I didn't have them removed after surgery but I did have the top ones removed 4 weeks ago and they were in my Jaw since 92.

Many people keep them in forever. They are bio-inert and generally don't cause any issues.
