Jaw surgeons that specialize in facial growth and upper jaw?

I have been attempting to find orthognathic surgeons that specialize in early facial development, particularly regarding the upper jaw and midface deficiency. I live in California so preferably I would like to stay in-state.

I have consulted with a few surgeons but all are more focused on the lower jaw. I have little desire to consult with a strictly cosmetic surgeon, but rather an orthognathic surgeon with degrees or certification in plastic surgery and/or experience in cosmetic surgery.

Any recommendations?
