Could you recommend me the best european surgeons? I have mandibular retrognathia and malocclusion. I am looking for a surgeon who is strongly focused on the aesthetic result of the surgery.

Rasperry, I live in Poland and I don't think it is a good idea to have such serious surgery here... I mean that there is no maxilofacial surgeon certified in plastic, aesthetic surgery, too. The most important to me is the aesthetic result of the surgery, not only functional. So I am looking for the great surgeon in Europe...

Why are you so down on your own country? Maybe a polish surgeon could do a great job if you let them. I don't think it's such a good idea to go with one of these big names, they are just self publicists. Don't trust in a few pictures you see on the internet.
