1 Month Post Op!

I'm 1 month post op. Recovery has been smooth. I've lost 1 stitch and had a day where swelling increased but went back down the next day.
Numbness:
I've regained feeling under my eyes and my nose. I'm almost 90% in those areas.
Most of my upper lip is at 100%. I'm waiting on the left side, it's at 30%.
I can feel pressure all over my chin, but no other sensation. I have one small circular area on my chin that has come back at 100%. It's strange running my finger along my chin.
My lower lip has finally starting tingling and sometimes feels like it's on fire - which is a good thing. But I don't feel pressure on my lower lip yet.
My gums on my lower jaw have come back but not on the upper.
I regained full feeling on my upper palate area.
Range of Motion:
I can open 2 index fingers wide. I can't move my jaw side to side yet. I still feel a little stiff.
