Globlets?

Hi all,
I've looked through some of the other posts on here but wasn't able to find anything like this. If there already is a post on this, let me know please
Basically, during my consultation a few months ago now, my orthodontist was talking about 'globlet (?) replacement' which would be needed as a result of my surgery... has anyone heard of this/had this done? I tried google but that came up with nothing either.
Just wondering what 'globlets' are and why mine might need replacing haha!
Any sensible replies are welcome
