I think you have long face syndrome along with an overbite. In my case, I had long face syndrome with an underbite.

I have a similar face. Did you mouth breathe a lot?

Yes your face is longish but you're pretty good looking despite it. Nobody could accurately tell you what combination of procedures would best serve you from these photos.

The one exception is I'm positive a sliding genioplasty positioned such that it adds anterior projection and reduces vertical height would help. Basically the chin bone is cut at an angel like this / but not as steep and then the cut piece is slid upward and outward along the cut. Shorter chin vertically, longer chin horizontally, all around better profile. Right now it goes straight down from your lower lip and there is no labiomental sulcus, or "groove".

Other things could include bimax advancement, BSSO for mandibular advancement only (it appears you may have some overjet based on your profile), impaction if you have a gummy smile... it's just unclear without cephalometric x-rays of your jaws and teeth. You should visit an orthodontist and get some taken then update your post. Mine were free as part of my consultation.
