Repeat SARPE?

Hi all.

I was wondering if anybody here had to undergo a repeat SARPE surgery.

I originally had mine done back in '09 I think. My upper jaw was pretty narrow (required 10mm expansion) so I had a SARPE. I then went through orthodontic treatment and double jaw surgery, everything looked fantastic.

However, for the last 6 months or so my palate has seen a lot of relapse, and I'm thinking of going back to my oral surgeon/ortho to see if I can have my bite corrected again because I don't like the post-relapse results either asthetically or functionally.

So I was wondering if anyone here did a SARPE more than once, and what their experience was like

I've never heard of anyone having the procedure or an appliance twice. How long did you wear the RPE and/or TPA?
