Can people that have had SARPE list what facial changes occured after surgery. say 3 months after healing phase.
what have you noticed that is different

I'd really like to hear about this too. I joined this message board because my very close family member is going through some really invasive surgeries on his jaws. He is now about a week post-SARPE and I really want to know about the experiences of people who underwent it a while ago - where they are today, how they feel, etc.

This is a tough question to answer, there are many different case's/type of issues, but...
I had sarpe in late October, had my expander removed about 6 weeks ago. Been wearing braces since January. My mouth/smile appear wider/fuller not sure if i'd consider that a "facial change" or more like an apparent change. In the next two weeks, i'll return to martial arts training, and will report any comments, since I haven't seen those guys since before the surgery.
