My daughter has an overbite/overjet plus vertical maxillary excess. She has seen an orthodontist (rec'd 2 upper teeth extraction plus braces) and an oral surgeon who agreed w tooth extraction and braces but states Lefort osteotomy 1 will also be needed to shorten maxilla. Wondering if anyone can recommend additional reputable jaw surgeons in NY area for consultation, preferably someone with extensive experience?

I had my surgery with Dr. Sidney Eisig at NY Presbyterian Hospital on West 168th Street. I had upper and lower jaw surgery 1 year and 4 months ago and it came out fine.
