Any Experience with Dr. Sidney Eisig of New York Presbyterian?

Have any of you fellas had an experience with Dr. Sidney Eisig in New York? I'm considering him for a double jaw surgery. Where does he do his operations? And any idea about out of pocket cost?

I know that he does work in a training center in NYC. I was thinking about going to him, but became hesitant when I read a review online of him messing someone's face up. The person in the review said he did not perform the jaw surgery procedure as planned, and he refused to fix the issue. The person had to undergo surgery with a few other oral surgeons (I think three but not sure) to fix the problem. I'm not sure how true the review is but it scared me. He has mixed reviews, mostly positive though. I'm not sure about his out of pocket cost but try calling their office to get more info and possibly go for a consultation.
