Nose change - moved over to the right

Hi Everyone,

6 weeks out from my upper and lower jaw surgery. Overall I'm happy with the results. My bite is perfect and my jaw looks great. What I'm not really happy with is the changes to my nose. I loved my nose before. Now it's wider, turned upward and it's crooked over to the right. This is to the point where my midline looks very out of whack. My surgeon tells me this is because of residual swelling but I'm not entirely convinced. Every day I wake up and it looks the exact same.

Has anyone else encountered their nose shifting left or right??? If so, was it temporary or a permenant change?

My nose leans more to the right now and it never corrected itself (I am 11 months out).
As for it being turned upward, that usually takes about 6 months to go back down (from what my surgeon told me, and from what I experienced).
