Clicking/popping in sinuses after upper jaw surgery

Anyone else have this happen? I'm 3 weeks post-op and when I push on my upper palate sometimes my sinuses have tiny little clicks or pops. This isn't my TMJ, it's like, up where the cuts were made and it's sort of freaking me out.
I'm seeing my surgeon next week so I'll ask about it then, just wondering if anyone else had it.

I had little clicks/pops but it was much later while I was expanding and it wouldn't happen when I was expanding with the tool but later in the day I'd hear it. I always figured it was just the soft tissue/cartilage being stretched so never asked about it.

Just wanted to follow-up: I'm at week 4 and this has stopped now. Yay!
