A BSSO would depend on your bite. If your bite is perfect, then a sliding genio or chin implant could be good, but considering your chin is already pretty short, maybe the implant would be better? Hard to say.

I think lower jaw advancement, because the chin has a nice form and is popping out. You should really consult a maxillofacial surgeon to get the correct information.
