I stumbled on to this face pulling device called the Crane. It appears to be a reverse headgear device that pulls the maxilla outwards. The website is incomplete but there are images of one promising case where the maxilla of a woman in her 60’s was pulled significantly forward (presumably without surgery) over the course of a year. With a result like this I don’t understand why this is not more popular! Also, I wonder why the site only offers one successful case. Perhaps the device is just really new or perhaps it is not effective. It’s difficult for me to ascertain whether this is a legitimate treatment.

The Cranes website reads:

Does anyone have any experience with the Crane?

I don't personally have experience with this device but I'll be the first to point out that the woman who developed it doesn't have a medical degree. Why do you think that this product is an effective alternative to surgery? There is no proof of research, testing and/or FDA approval - the device doesn't even have a patent.

My advice - don't fall for scams with zero credibility, ESPECIALLY when it comes to your health.
