I've recently started my journey with lingual braces (top and bottom) and have had lots of help from the Linguals board. However, I thought some readers on this board might like to follow my journey too.

Hi, good luck with your braces. Don't you have your tongue quite cut by the braces.
I have had (normal) braces for a year. Just got four new ones for the back teeth and the bottom left one is cutting my tongue quite a bit.
I am using wax and trying to swallow side ways!!
this is my first post.
