how many hours do you wear you trays

I think I'm around 20-21 hours a day. I'm supposed to have them in 22 hours a day but 2 hours out for eating and cleaning your teeth is VERY hard. When I told my dentist I'm around 20 hours a day she said that's better than most people and she didn't seem too concerned about it, so I'm not too worried either... :)
