I've completed 11 upper, 8 lower to prepare for lower jaw surgery in May. The biggest change aesthetically is the alignment on the bottom middle incisors (though still not quite right), and my right upper fang isn't sticking out so much anymore. Also, my upper arch opened up.
I'll be put into brackets in about a month to do the finishing touches; the braces will also be used to rubber-band my jaws in place during post-surgical healing.
