Anything I can do?

I had impressions taken on Nov 15th for Invisalign Express. It is now 10 weeks later. My dentist has been trying to get ahold of Align for the past 3 weeks to find out the status of my trays and just got word this morning that they should be here in 2 weeks. If anyone is counting - thats 3 months! From what I've read, thats an incredibly long wait time. I don't feel my dental office is at fault. She sent my impressions off the same day and called me when she approved my ClinicCheck, which were all done in a timely fashion. I really feel Align dropped the ball in this one! While they won't admit it, they probably just forgot to process my order. Is there anything I can do?
