new to invisalign

I got to look at my Clincheck yesterday and was excited to find out that I qualified for Invisalign Express. I was really pleased with the Clincheck results. I have about a 5mm overjet on front two teeth. I was originally told by my orthodontist that it would take 15 months and cost about $4200-4700. Yesterday they told that since I'm using Express it would only be $2700. I asked the hygenist if it is going to be a shorter time and she said no it will be still about 15 months. I am figuring if I am going to have 10 aligners at 3 weeks apart I come up with 30 weeks which is 7.5 months. Also she said it will be about 2 months before they come in. I was really disappointed in that. They are going to have to do IPR on front two teeth to close up black triangle at top. I think the delay in getting them is because of the correction that they are sending in for the IPR. The retainer when it is over with is free for life.
