sore teeth

Hi all, I am going to switch to my second tray tonight. I had a pretty easy time with tray one, but I noticed about a week in that when I took my aligner out to eat, I had a tender area while eating. I'm assuming this is normal, but it is sorer now than 2 weeks ago. Am I going to have a tender / sore mouth everytime I eat for the next year or so? Please share if this seems normal or not. Tray 1 here, and it took a couple of days but my teeth are a little sensitive now. I hear that after a few days it eases up, but every time you change trays it can become tender again. I suppose this makes sense. My teeth dont hurt really, its just more annoying than anything else.

It's hard to say. Everyone is different. It doesn't sound too unusual. For me it was different on each tray. A lot of times the teeth that hurt on one tray didn't hurt on the next tray but other teeth did.
