How to transfer my inisalign case to another dentist?

Has anybody here had to transfer to another orthodontist?
How did you do it?

The practice I was going to changed owners and they got hid of the ortho that was treating me.

I don't know what to do!
Please someone help.

I changed otho's b4 officially starting treatment so I may have been easier but I was told that each Invisalign patient has their own unique id #. Invisalign will not give it to u, trust me I tried, but I was able to get it from my uncooperative 1st ortho. Once u have that they should be able to pick up where you left off.
