what can you eat or drink with trays in?

As I said in my previous post above:
The aligner does not stain, even if I eat curry and drink red wine. I have 11 perfectly clear used aligners to prove that!
It's now 12 perfectly clear aligners! The ligatures on my fixed braces on the bottom stain with red wine, tea, curry and the like, but the aligners never do.

This disadvantage of eating with the aligners on is that food may get traped under the invisalign aligners and that they will stain faster. In addition, the temperature of hot foods/liquids may distort the invisalign aligners.

Gosh, I wonder why nobody is listening to the person who actually eats with the aligners in!

Again, they don't stain! You can eat what you want! I've been doing this for 12 aligners! I am not making it up!
