i am afraid i got bad news for you. I am on set 9 of 22U/22L and still cant really see any difference. I mean, my bite has definately change, my upper and lower teeth dont fit together anymore and i can see that some teeth have moved when i compare my old trays but looking at myself in the mirror i cant see any difference yet. I guess my back teeth need to move first. Some people say they actually started seeing difference halfway through. so i really hope to see some change soon!

For me, the visible changes could be seen about half way through my treatment (17 upper and 14 lower trays)

I can't remember without reading back through my blog, but I would guess around set 8-10? That seems about right.

I asked my ortho this very question at the start of my treatment (21U/20L). He told me that I should start to see a noticeable difference at tray 9. I am currently wearing aligner 7 and very much hoping that I will start to see a difference after the next couple of trays...

I'm on aligner 17 of 33 and I can't see a difference yet. I can FEEL a difference in the way my teeth fit together, but there's very little visible change. All the good stuff (rotating my central incisor) comes at the end. Patience, grasshopper....

I noticed on the 4th set. My upper premolars were moving outward to correct a crossbite, and looking straight in the mirror I noticed I could see them a little, but before they were hidden behind my canines.

My lower canines needed to be rotated, but didn't start rotating until my 6th set, but after that I noticed the change on each set. The changes were dramatic because they were very far out of place.

I also noticed some gaps when I flossed starting from tray #1, but this isn't something I noticed visibly.
