Stim-U-Dents

I am curious to know if anyone uses Stim-U-Dents to floss their teeth before re-inserting invisalign trays after eating? My dentist gave me a pack to try at my last cleaning, and I love them! I think they are more convenient than traditional floss. This is especially true while at work (very discreet, can use at my desk without anyone noticing I am flossing). I am set to begin treatment in a few weeks, and will ask my ortho if he recommends using them over traditional string floss. I wanted to poll this group for their experiences using stim-u-dents with the invisalign treatment. Thanks in advance for any and all replies to this query!

Stimudents are great for stimulating the gums, but they do not go between the surfaces of your teeth unless you have large spaces. As such, unfortunately, they cannot substitute for floss.
