I've lost about 10 pounds total over the course of 13 trays. I did not need to lose any weight though and I don't like the way that I look being 10 pounds underweight. It's just impossible to get the calories that I need without wrecking my Invisalign treatment. I can't wait to be done so that I can starting eating and get my weight back up.
