onto second set of revisions....and tranferred case to Idaho

Hello everyone,
I am getting impressions done for my second set of refinements on Wednesday...look like another nine months..yikes!
Anyways, I just recently moved to Idaho and I am having to transfer my case.. does anyone have experience with this, and did you have to pay additional money to the ortho who took over the case?
