Has anyone worn rubberbands with Invisalign?

I just got back from my 1st ever orthodontist appointment. I am a candidate for invisalign, but I will need to wear rubber bands with them or will need to get a tooth pulled to make room for those teeth that are poorly rotated now and will be pretty someday. I would like to hear about your experiences.

I haven't worn elastics with Invisalign, but we have many patients who have had extractions and/or wear elastics.

I've found our aligner patients better at wearing elastics, since the use of Invisalign is a compliance-based treatment, just like with elastics. Using elastics with aligners is an advanced-type of Invisalign treatment, so be sure to select your doctor carefully. Good luck!

Thanks for the reply Dr. Jason. I found an Elite provider for my invisalign experience. On Monday I discuss payment and get measurements taken. I'm excited to start the process. I initally made the appointment to straighten out a couple of poorly rotated teeth and thought it would a quick fix. It turns out this isn't just going to be a cosmetic fix. I hope the aligners can be made quickly once we do the molds.
