What's invisalign like for bottom teeth?

Does invisalign work well on bottom teeth? It seems like it would be difficult to keep the brace on the bottom.

Also, is retention the same afterwards whether you've had fixed braces or invisalign - do they move the teeth in the same way?

I'm really struggling as to whether to go for invisalign or fixed braces.

It is exactly the same as for the top teeth. Don't worry about them not staying on. These things fit VERY tightly. They have to in order to move the teeth.

Invisalign did a fantastic job on my bottom teeth

Although they looked worse than my top teeth, the problems were actually easier to fix because there was no extrusion or rotation to achieve. Once enough enamel had been removed from my teeth (IPR) they slotted right in!
