im way ahead of u id already done a bit of research on smirnoff ice i was quite supprised that a bottle contains 228 calories so what my plan is to have no more than 4, and in between them i will have a straight shot of vodka so no more than 1000 calories which i intend to burn off dancing
god i hope i dont sound too anal i think i just like to plan ahead i guess thats why im a good invisalign patient. I wont be trying it out this weekend family do ect but next week i will see what happens in the mean time iv got a large bottle to try
Hi there diehard. It seems we both have a lot in common... Both 29, both live in the UK and both a Smirny Ice fan.. I drink Smirnoff Ice with them in and I've gotta say my mouth feels gross and furry til I can get those bad boys out and cleaned!
