I asked the same question about getting a copy of my clincheck and got a great response on this thread viewtopic.php?t=27007&highlight=
As for IPR, I think it is like getting your nails filed. Its a bit irritating, but it certainly didn't hurt at all. I just got my teeth cleaned recently, and that made me jump where the IPR never did.

I'd like to thank them while i am here, if they read this, lol.
NiiceSmilePlease, about the clincheck, I would defiantly ask at your next appointment. From the sounds of it, most places are more than happy to send that to you(or left you film it at their office). Luckily I never had to because my ortho started using a new program called "ortho sesame." It is some online program that has your clincheck on it, fee info, appointment info and other useful things. I hear it is a pretty popular site so I'd ask if maybe your orthodontist's office uses it at forgot to mention it to you(worth a try at least).
And I am so happy right now I just have to say it: I am getting refinements! Yayyyyyy!(Maybe the only person excited to be going back for round two but I am so pleased I will be getting as close to perfect as possible).
